All hire items must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. For most private parties, such as birthdays, christenings etc, it is perfectly ok to supervise the equipment yourself.
However, for large scale public events, such as publicity and promotional events, trade shows, corporate parties, family fun days and university events, it is highly recommended that you book an experienced member of staff to supervise your equipment.
Our team member will be responsible for the correct set up and the correct use of the equipment. We are happy to collect money on your behalf if required (such as a pay-per-go scheme) and these proceeds will be yours to keep.
When booking supervision, please state clearly in the notes what times you will require the supervisor from and to. If supervision is booked for more than 4 hours, they supervisor will be entitled to one or more short breaks, during which time the equipment will be shut off. Please note that in regards to equipment intended for children, parents or guardians remain responsible for children at all times. The supervisor is responsible for the equipment not for the children.
