I just want to feedback at how great the face painter was that you provided on Sunday. Not only were the paintings fantastic, but she really contributed to the party. I would 100% use her again.

The guy who came with the bouncy castle was amazing and as a company proud of what you have on offer. I will definitely be booking again and compliment you to our north east company to book you. We hired a bouncy castle for an indoor birthday party. A1 were fantastic, they messaged us a week before and the day before to confirm details and arrived in plenty of time to set up.

Hired a bouncy castle for my hubby's 40th birthday! Was delivered and set up with no problems at 1030 and had it till 630pm which was ample time to play especially on a Sunday! Hired a bouncy castle for my daughters 3rd birthday. Set up was nice and early at 8:15am (we received a text the day before to let us know when drop off would be) and we had it right up to 6:30pm. Great price, kids had loads of fun. Very friendly staff. Would definitely hire again

Can't reccommend these guys enough! The lads were full of cheer both on delivery & collection even when they had been out all day in the rain! They ensured the bouncy castle was super safe with extra mats ect! I didn't need to lift a finger and delivery & collection was on time! Thankyou guyz will deffo be back!

Amazing company who came to our rescue when the co we booked let us down 10 days before our daughters 4th birthday party. Professional, friendly service and prompt set up/take down. I loved the website, which made hiring straight forward and incredibly easy in comparison to others. I didn't have to ring, but could instantly see availability and choose what I wanted to hire. Fantastic! Great! Only booked the bouncy castle we wanted 1 week before our little boys party. The service from start to finish was great. We used the option to pay online (which I loved as it saved me having to go get cash ready for the delivery/set up). The delivery guys were very friendly and professional. We have used a1 bounce twice in the last 2 months! 1st time was after being let down by another company who text me 4 days before my sons birthday party to say they didn't hire out on Monday to Friday during the school holidays even though we'' been booked up for months! We hired the Under 5's party package that consisted of a good sized bouncy castle, soft play equipment, ball pool and face painter. All of the equipment was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Anna arrived at our venue on time and set it all up and arrived at the end to dismantle it all. All of the children (and parents) loved it and it made a brilliant party.The face painter worked really hard to make sure all of the children were done and they looked fab. I will definitely use again and have already recommended to several people.

The most stress free party I've ever had! The bouncy castle arrived in plenty of time and was up and raring to go in minutes. I had a 7 year olds birthday party with 10 boys - they loved every minute of it! Communication was great with A1 Bounce, with emails and texts - I found them professional and friendly and would definitely recommend.
