Covid-19 Update

We are continuously updating our Covid-19 Terms and Conditions to adhere to government guidance.

Please note, all dates are indicative and subject to change in line with government decisions.

If your booking is affected by a change in government advice, we are happy to move your deposit to an alternative date within 6 months of the original booking, otherwise our usual cancellation terms will apply.

We will not be able to hire to you if anyone in the household is showing, or in the 14 days before the hire has shown, any signs or symptoms of Covid-19.

And at the current time, ALL bookings must be made through our website.

Under advice from Environmental Health and to ensure the safety of staff and customers, we are now operating strictly under the following conditions:

HIRE RESTRICTIONS

1. Inflatables will only be set up in a privately owned space with PRIVATE ACCESS (eg, side gate, back gate, or temporary removal of a fence panel). We CANNOT take equipment through a house or building until May 17th. We cannot set up on communal ground.

2. From 29th March 2021, the Rule of 6 will apply to private hires outdoors (up to 6 adults, from 2 households may use the equipment hired). Schools may hire equipment for use within class bubbles only.

From 17th May 2021, up to 30 people may use the equipment hired outdoors. Indoor hires remain subject to the Rule of 6.

From 21st June 2021 limits on social contact will no longer apply.

All dates are indicative and are subject to change in line with government decisions.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

1. We regret we can no longer accept cash payment. All payment must be made online and will be due 5 days before your hire date. You will receive further details by email after booking.

2. Please ensure your garden gate is open and the delivery access is clear of obstacles BEFORE your delivery / collection timeslot.

3. All family members (adults and children) MUST STAY INDOORS at all times while we set up and collect our equipment.

4. If you do not have an outdoor socket you will need to leave a window open for the extension plug. PLEASE WAIT for the delivery driver to step back at least 2m from the window before collecting and plugging in the plug. You must plug directly into a wall socket (not another extension) and please switch on immediately.

5. On booking you are required to tick and sign to confirm you have read and accept both the Terms and Conditions of Hire AND ourRules of Safe Play. We will not be able to go through the Rules of Safe Play with you on set up as we normally do, so please ensure you have read and are familiar with these important safety instructions. You can find them on our website here.

SANITISATION AND SAFETY OF EQUIPMENT

1. If anyone in your household develops symptoms of Covid-19 during the hire period, you MUST cease use of the inflatable and inform us immediately.

2. If anyone in the household has symptoms of Covid-19 before the hire period (up to 14 days prior), you MUST inform us.

3. All equipment (including mats, fans and extension leads) will either be quarantined (stored for a minimum of 3 full days after each hire) or thoroughly and professionally cleaned and sanitised with approved cleaning chemicals, before the next hire.

4. All staff will use alcohol based hand sanitiser on hands and arms before and after every hire. The van interior is professionally cleaned and sanitised every day or more often if needed.
